The Allen Group started in 1982 in a small factory in the South East of England near London, during 1986 the main production facility relocated to a purpose built factory in Bodelwyddan, North Wales and over the years the factory has developed and grown further into a modern facility complete with the latest technology for supply to the commercial vehicle market today.
In 2000 the Allen Group set up a Representative Office in Shanghai, PR China and a manufacturing site was established in Wuxi, China (approx 120km west of Shanghai) in 2004
Allen Group is a market leader for many of its products and supplies truck and trailer ~OEMs and the aftermarket worldwide. The Group manufactures Polyamide Brake and Fuel Tubing to various DIN standards, along with Imperial and Metric SAE tubing and Imperial Mono layer tube also for braking systems. The Allen Group sits on the DIN, ISO and SAE standard committees for many of its products.
We have developed many new products over the years and are now considered to be a major supplier to engine OEM's where we supply under bonnet, thermoformed, multilayer Fuel and Coolant pipes.
Allen Wuxi was established to supply product to the same high standard that the group is renowned for to its customer base in South East Asia.
Both Allen in Bodelwyddan and Allen in Wuxi are accredited to ISO 9000:2000 and Allen Wuxi are now able to supply DIN and Monolayer Imperial tubing as well as Dual Layer SAE tubing, Air Brake and Electrical Coils. |
